Strategy
Aggressively explore the Yukon's Dawson Range for economic mineral deposits, including:
- Continue to advance the Sonora Gulch gold property.
- Explore for additional Minto-style deposits using Capstone Mining Corp.'s proprietary technical expertise.
- Combine our regional expertise and the extensive historical data received from Capstone to generate additional Dawson Range targets.
- Use access to Minto infrastructure to control costs and facilitate regional exploration.
Capstone Mining Corp. Exploration Alliance
Northern Tiger has an exploration alliance with Capstone Mining Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary Minto Explorations Ltd. Capstone is the operator of the high grade copper-gold Minto Mine - the only operating hard rock mine in the Yukon.
The exploration alliance provides for:
- Cooperation on planning and executing exploration programs and long term strategies for the area.
- Sharing of proprietary technical expertise to assist project advancement.
- Access to Capstone's infrastructure to facilitate exploration in the region.
